How can you improve your life ?

If you are not one of my closest friends, you probably never know that in the past I had suffered from depression, and anxiety. I was living on antidepressants and wasn’t able to wake-up without them. I used to be very suicidal, and I use to don’t like my life.

My life was full of up and down. I also use to believe that my happiness depended on other people, there was even a time when I felt like my life has no meaning anymore. We all fight hidden, a silent battle against not being good enough and not belonging enough. But I want to tell you something life get better, it won’t be easy the recovery is possible.

That why I decided to tell you my story, I get to a point in my younger self where life was having no meaning and fail many time suicide attempt, I’m pleased this didn’t work out well by the way. I can tell you that in life the most difficult part isn’t to please other people, but to please yourself. Trying to get your life together, working on yourself is the hardest part of life. The rest comes after.


Here is some advice to improve your life:

Learn Who you are? And What you want? 

Don’t be scared to show who you really are. Recognize that we are all different and unique. That it’s maybe complicated for other to understand yourself and you to understand them. But instead of hiding yourself behind a mask, just follow what you love, your true self and passion; and everything will be so easy. Choose to value that uniqueness in others.

Learn to accept your weakness and don’t expect yourself and other to be perfect. 

This part was the hardest part for me because I’m a perfectionist by nature. You must learn that we’re all on a journey and usually, change, learning is a slow progress. Don’t put goals on yourself you cannot follow, start small and after go big.

Know your Triggers

Know what you don’t like, what annoys and upsets you, don’t follow the crowd if you don’t like where they are going. And prepare in advance so that if something that annoys you appear, you don’t react or get upset. Being worry will not give you an hour of your life.

Try to see life with perspective and from different angles.

I was literally melting down, and one of my friends come to me saying to me that she wanted the life I have, she even told me that I was one of our famous friends and that life will give great moments coming. I was shocked because from my point of view my life sucks, but at her side, this was the perfection. Sometimes when you focus too much on the negativity, you don’t realise that there are actually people envious of what you have and dream to be at your place.

Stop being jealous of fake life 

Try not to feel jealous about things, other people and what they have. With all this perfect life on Instagram, Facebook and social media we tend to be more jealous than before. But all this jealousy, will only make you bitter and kill your inside. Just keep living, and find your own path, and one day you’ll discover your own happiness.

Learn to say ‘NO.’

Set your boundaries and said no clearly to what is not best for you. You only need to do what’s is best for you right now. You don’t have to please others or to do what others say. This is that simple.

Don’t Run Away 

Don’t run away from your life, and problem by surcharging your life to don’t think about it. It’s will only make thing worse, if I never did go ask for help when I was so depressed, I will probably not be here today to write about it. Go ask for help, there is professional or if you have financial problems learn to manage your money, just don’t let it the ways it’s this will get worse I can ensure you. You can always overcome everything in life. It’s better to be brave… and then do what should be done. In the long term, this experience will help you, and you will feel a lot less stressed.

Invest in yourself and Dream

Invest in yourself, so you feel you’re being supported and allowed to take time alone – instead of feeling pressurised, controlled, or else boxed in.

Make a list of the most important things to do each day, in order of priority. 

Many people when they see my phone will surely laugh because I usually use my alarm to remember me of the stuff that I need to be done. I use my phone to help me follow my diets, to remember me all the things that need to do – usually don’t think about other extra things.

I over my depression, and now doesn’t need to take any antidepressant. This possible, everything in life is possible, recovery is possible.


Everything is possible you can always improve your life, never is too late to start little steps by little steps.




Why Feeling Down is Totaly Normal when Following a Goal?

Yes, it’s totally normal to have a breakdown with this busy life, we all live in and trying to follow the crowd and to follow a goal. Sometimes you just need a break from everyone and everything, that why I didn’t post lately since I suffering from a total nervous breakdown and decided to take sometime to focus on me. Yes, you are allowed to take time off from your schedule for yourself with your busy life, even if you want to obtain a goal.

Nervous Breakdown is totally normal, to just stop and cry for while if this makes you feel better after. And this usually happens when you try to do too much at the same. I always want to be a perfectionist, and do all together. I was just trying to do all my goals at the same time, and I felt tired. I felt like breaking into pieces that I was not able to do all together, so I make a nervous breakdown. I felt like my brain was crushing into pieces. Everything around me become more personal, because that I was so much tired.
Please, when following your dream and goal take a day or two a month just to take a break, a day for yourself. Little step by little step you will eventual obtain your goal if your work hard, but don’t overwork. If you feel like the wall is closing infront of you, or that the routine it’s always the same and that you will never obtain your goals follows the list below before you make a nervous breakdown.
1) Take a Days Off Just with Yourself.
2) Just take 1 hours a day to do something you like and that relax you, it’s can just listen to music and staring at the walls.
3) Reduce your caffeine consumption this make the nervous system work more, and you don’t want that when you are about to have a nervous breakdown.
4) Don’t give up take a break.
Just know that this is totally normal to feel these ways. Life is a weird game that killed people by tiring them. Everyone past through this phase, just be sure to take time for yourself not focus only on your goals.

Why I become Vegan?

Our diet is one of the most impactful parts of our lives, it’s what makes us healthy, what give us energy, what makes us fat or slim, what can make us sick, and it’s a statement of who we are and of our values. We has the number one consumers we have the choice to vote with our money – to vote for the torture of animals or against, to vote to be healthy, to vote to live without any processed food; We have the power in our hands to destroy all the food industry.
If you have seemed the new documentary on Netflix What the Health you probably know that process meat is the number one Carcinogenic and diabetes disease cause. This was my number one reason to become Vegan this year, but not the only one. It’s been 3 months since I became vegan and I feel much more energised. I was taking a drug to make my body more strong, I was so much stressed, and my health was a severe issue. So I decided to make a change in my habit, and become VEGAN.
Whenever you become vegan for a health issue, for a cultural problem, or to reduce your footprint on the planet, here are bellow some reason to become vegan or mostly plant base for this new years.


  1. I become Vegan for Health Issue:
    In my family, there are many cases of heart attack and cholesterol. Mostly all the women in my family have died from hearth deficiency. Since we all know that a vegan diet is better for your health and mostly your heart, I decided why not become vegan. According to some recent study by the academy of nutrition and dietetics, vegans are less likely to develops heart disease, cancer, diabetes or high blood pressure. Vegan get all the nutrient they need from plants, grains, and beans without getting the fat and cholesterol of process meat and milk, so I also reduce my cholesterol level by becoming Vegan.
  2. You will be more energised and slimmer:
    I usually go to the gym 3 times a week and was unable to recover this fast for my training, as I do now has a vegan. I also lose some body fat when becoming vegan 20% of my body fat gone because of my vegan diet (people that rice, beans, grains get fat should stop talking that not true).
  3. It’s the best ways to love animals:
    If you respect the animals and enjoy them you should probably become vegan you will save more than 100 animals a year. There are no more efficient ways to love animals than to stop eating them.
  4. You will reduce your carbon footprint:
    Eating meat is not green, or ecology or event bio like some brand try to sale us. Consuming meat is actually the worst things that you can do to the Earth. It causes an enormous amount of pollution to produce meat, and the meat industry is the number one cause of climatic change. If you want to reduce your carbon footprint the easiest ways to do it is to become VEGAN.
  5. You will help feed the world:
    Eating meat on a daily basis is not only bad for animals, but it’s also hurt, humans. It takes a tone of grains to feed an animal, in facts, it takes 13 pounds of grains to just produce 1 pound of meat. This grains could have been used to feed the world.
  6. Save a lot of money:
    A vegan diet can be extremely economical. When you only spend your grocery money a plant, fruits, vegetable, beans, grains you can not just make your fitness better or your health but save a lot of money. Eating vegan buying in bulk or simply big quantity will save you this money you should have spent on this fast food or sandwich you will probably grab at work. A plant-based diet is not only proper but can also be done on a budget, and even reduce your medical bills since you will have no need for this heart pills or diabetes drug.
  7. Finally, meat is gross, and we have no need for animal produce
    Like the quote in What the Health; “the human body have no need for cows’ milk than it’s does for dogs’ milk, horses’ milk, or giraffes’ milk”. Baby cows have a need for cows milk. Killing animal isn’t only cruel but unnecessary. We never hear of a vegan dying become of nutritin deficency. Because we merely has human can live by only eat plants. We don’t need meat, eggs, or milk to be healthy it’s quite the opposite in the case. I learn resently that too much milk cant cause bone break, or too much meat can block the blood to the heart and provoque heart attack. So why if meat, dairy, egg make us sick we simply don’t stop eating them, since we don’t really need them.

Why I decided to stop buying Clothes?

When was the last time you go and buy a new t-shirt or shoe? When was the last occasion you go and buy clothes? For me it’s been long ago, I decided in the middle of last year at first to stop reduce buying clothes, but now I simply decided to stop buying new clothes unless something needs to be changed because it’s become too old (unless it’s a necessity). It’s not actually that I’m frugal or poor or can’t afford it. I can. It’s just that I don’t really feel the need to buy new clothes. I don’t wear rags, don’t misunderstand me. If a shoe becomes too old, I will throw it and buy a new one if needed. Somewhere along the way through my life, I start to think what is more important and simply decided to stop buying new clothes.


The truth about why I decided not to buy any new clothes, is that one day I simply woke-up open my closet and realise that there is actually a lot of clothes that I didn’t even wear once and still buy a new one last week. I was shocked by all the wasted, I had more clothes than my 2 brothers combined and some of them the news. I don’t even remember buying some of them. When I look at my closet, I was pretty disgusted. I had like 10 dress that I never wear. I couldn’t even open my wardrobe everything will fall on the ground, I was unable to find my favourite t-shirt because of the clutter of clothes accumulated. And I realise two things. First I need to reduce the quantity of clutter I have and that I don’t want any more clutter so that I will not be buying clothes for a very long time. I then realised that I was actually addicted to shopping, and I have never considered myself someone who need to shop. But after drinking my coffee, I understand that each month I was going to a shopping mall with my salary to buy clothes jeans, t-shirts and already have a lot of clothes. So I realised that I was actually addicted to shopping.


So I when to my closet put 3 piles of clothes the one I wear, the one I think I will wear and the one to donate to charity. I spend one complete day going through all my clothing. I pulled out 4 jeans, 6 t-shirts, 5 pullovers, 3 jackets, and make sure everything can be clean together and all top go with every bottom. I made like 20 outfits for all the years and boxed those outfit up that are out of seasons, for when I will need them.
After, I put all my clothes in a closet back. I confirmed my decision to stop buying clothes. I don’t mind having less clutter in my house. Why I’m telling you this? Because maybe you also need to stop buying clothes too. Maybe all this clutters, doesn’t make you happy after all. Perhaps you are spending all your salary buying thing you honestly don’t need. Maybe we need to stop thinking clothes are like sugar you use it and throw it. Clothes are not like foods, and by buying clothes, you help the industry to paid employee bad to make more money like H&M, Zara, etc.. that paid their employee less than a dollar a day in a dangerous condition to make the clothes you wear.


I’ve this year make a promise to myself to reduce some stuff that I own. I just one day have a revelation about my life when I first wake up and realise how much I had become materialistic, and I simply decided it was time to change.
In the end, I understand that we need something else than buying clothes to fill the void. Advertising just wants you to think that if you buy this piece of clothes, this will make you happier but actually that not true. Happiness cannot be attained by some material items. You will only get dissatisfied over again.


By not buying clothing when I don’t need it, I’ve saved $1700 and have kept my stress level low and house clean. Because living paycheck to paycheck is so stressful. Just reducing my stress level and money alone was worth it for me. Stopping buying clothes just change my life.

How to Simplify & Minimalize your life Now

In our culture of over-consumption and of stressful lifestyle simplifying and minimizing your life isn’t an easy thing to do. Most people will find your ways of living weird and absurd and said how can you live without this possession. Many believe that having the most bigger house, the more stuff possible make you complete, these behaviours are learned from culture and families. But some of this behaviour is merely becoming automatic and are our becoming our desire of lifestyle; our dream life. By just looking around and pausing life a little and only appreciate the sunshine and the life around us we can correct this habits.


With our lifestyle there often time to meditated and enough time to stop and think about the small things that matter. It’s so easy to focus on the task to be done than to focus on why we do that. But life is actually made of the small moments, and significant changes are comprised of many small steps. Today in our daily lives there is so much change you can do to simplify and minimize your life.

Simplify your Finance

  • Follow a budget, stick to it and develop an emergency saving- Living paycheck to paycheck is very stressful.
  • Quit bargain shopping and only buy what you need
  • Spend a day a week without spending any money at all, learn to live with less.

Simplify your Home

  • Everything should have space in your house – if you can’t find a place for something, do you really need this? Nothing should be left on the floor or on the chair because you have no place for it.
  • Put more green in your house but not too much one plant in your living room and bedroom could make the difference between a relaxing place to a stressful and cold house.
  • Clean your tables, counters, floor and another surface.  Like I said in my previous article a clean house equals a clean mind.
  • Don’t mix technology and bedrooms make your bedroom a relaxing place without any technology. No TV, No Cellphone, No Computer, etc.. Bedroom is not made to check your email or to work. The bedroom should be a reserve to sleep and relax.
  • Follow this rule about your chores, if you think a thing can be done in 2 minutes do its right now. Like cleaning your plate.

Simplify your Kitchen

  • Plan your meal or pre-meal everything Saturday for all week, you will see this will make your life so much easier.
  • Reuse meal – if you make extra CHILI you can always reuse it and eat it with tacos.
  • Drink water instead of coffee or soda or alcohol for one meal per day. If you can cut it all, I recommended it you will feel more energic.
  • Clean out your fridge, freezer, and pantry once a month or week.
  • Try to eat more plant-food recipe and seasonal produce!

Simplify your Wardrobe

  • Shopping doesn’t equal leisure or pleasure when you realize it your ways of shopping will change drastically. Do you need this? Will you wear it? Do you have something like home?
  • Quit fast fashion and buy quality timeless item instead.
  • Switch to a more natural and ecologic beauty maintenance. If your hair colour is too much high maintenance change it, try to use one product for everything for myself I use milk to clean my face and to put in my cereal. I also make some of my beauty product homes, I will share some recipe in the other article.

Simplify your Social Life

  • Spend more time with people that you really care about like family or really close friends you don’t need to be friends with a lot to be happier instead this will make you more stress trying to follow the crowd.
  • Take alone days one a week, appreciate nature and yourself.
  • Explore your passion and learn to enjoy being alone more. Read more than watching Tv, go to walk, travel alone.
  • Identify your top priorities in life; this week, month and year. For me my priorities this year was to learn computer science, prioritize small goals. Be sure to seek out and act to get what you want.
  • Get enough sleep!
  • Stop gossip and complaining in your dialogue – keep a positive mind and you will attract positivity into your life.

Simplify your online life

  • Unsubscribe from unwanted emails or media
  • Clean your friend list
  • Take a day without any social media a weeks

Setting goals is a crucial part of life and advancement throughout the life you want. Yet goals is sometimes so difficult to follow. They mean nothing without a plan to accomplish them.

Truly, as we set goals we sally forget that we need to make them realizable, putting a so much big goal is absolutely impossible to follow, I don’t say we should not have impossible goals and a big one. I said usually to arrive at these goals we must follow little one, step by steps. We must remember how far we have gone, by crossing steps by steps on a list of goals until we meet our one goals. We must not only focus on the goals that we don’t have achieved but the accomplishments we have already made, truly we will continue to seek this out for our other goals and be thought to yourself, not only be positive.


Here Why Positive Thinking Doesn’t Work … And What does?

Being positive when things are going in the wrong direction is never going to work: It will make you feel like you’re forcing yourself to smile, trying too hard, make you ignore the situations or make you look stupid plain doesn’t it? When you are trying to be positive you will mostly hear from your heads “This is never going to work, why to waste your time and money on it, some people have it worst, or he will change I love him one day he will love me if I keep changing for him”; and never change your situation.

That is the ways actually you never achieved anything, and never build something new, and you keep focused on the old. Actually spending time trying to be positive, can help you get away with spending time trying to plan for our to be a better person, what you want to do and how you want to live, who you want to become?

That true you’re 100% responsible for your life, your happiness, and what you do with your time on Earth; that doesn’t mean living like you were dying that will be a stupid thing to do but that if you want something you should actually put the work on it.

Take some time now to ask yourself these simple questions:


So when you are really engaged in what is going around you. You actually feel like everything around is hell and everything is breaking down! The key out of it isn’t positivity, it’s  not letting a thing be as they are. Instead, it’s become clearer when you know what you want (and what you want to be). Work toward your life, work on improving your life is difficult but slowly you will watch all the problems around you dissolve in the process.

So what is Libester Award?

The Liebster Award is an award that exists only on the internet, and are to blogger by other bloggers. The earlier case of the awards goes as far back as 2011.

So here is my answer’s to the questions sent to me by LovelsConfusing.

What made you decided that blogging was something you wanted to do?

I decided to write my blog the day, I was talking with my friend, and she didn’t know the most basics financial terms. And I decided I need to change this by helping other women understand and teach them. I created my blog to help other women to get independent financially and get through life as an adult. If I can only help one person, this is already a significant step.

What is one thing that you cannot live you??

Everyone, have one thing they can’t live without. That one item that makes everything right and a better day. For me, it’s my laptop. I love surfing the web, listening to music, and watch Netflix. I make my world go around. You will rarely find me without my laptop. I once have a laptop that breaks and was not able to make it work the scream would stay black. And I remain three days without my laptop when someone was fixing it, and it’s was feeling the longest three days of my life.

What inspires you to writes?

Inspires’ is a strong word. The music, the surrounding, my brain, my life sometimes inspire me. I write to motivate people. I write because I have to. I write to help other people and to make people happy.

Who is your biggest inspiration?

Your question made me stop and think. I can’t truthfully say that any live person ever inspired me, although there were a few tried to influence me, and a few who brought me down. I have been inspired throughout my life by many great people, actor, writer, politician, and economist.

My Father life? me. He balanced every decision on what was best for everyone involved, not on what was best for him. Many times I saw him chose a path that was more challenging for him because it was ” The right thing to do”.

My teacher when I was little at school, by teaching me how great it’s was to read and the basics of life.

My exes influence me and show me that I’m stronger than I can believe. An actor like Jack Black has also changed my life considerably, by choosing to don’t follow the typical beauty type of Hollywood and doesn’t care and be the best actor of comedy. Writers like Henry James, Virgin Wolf, Simone de Beauvoir and many other.

What do you think is your biggest strength?

I can answer this question like I will be doing in a job interview and said my multitasking but that would be false. My biggest strength is that I’m able to surmount everything and that I’m strong. In life, many situations put my to the point of giving up, but I keep going. I even was a point in my life when everything was dark, and I even was thinking about suicide but didn’t give up. I’m stronger than before because of all this in my life.

What is love to you?

This one is the more difficult question LovelsConfusing ask me. Love is not something that can be described in a list. Honestly, I don’t think it can ever be explained and understood because it means something different to everyone. It is a feeling, and you can’t describe feelings to people and have them comprehend. For some people love is a thigh hug for their parents, for others is their boyfriend cooking for them when they are tired. Love cannot; it is a list of stuff or emotion.

That what the Bible said about love:
1 Corinthians 13:4–8a Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hope, always perseveres. Love never fails …

Scientific would say it made of dopamine.

But the love for me if you want to know is the simple act of kindness in everything life. Someone there to listen to you, listen to music, sitting doing nothing together, just be there for each other, every little things you can do in life to show your love, cooking his or her favourite meals just to make him happy, or even listen to this movie that sucks because if like it so much.

What is your singular goal in life?

My goal in life is to be happy, I think that is everyone’s purpose in life and should follow it as a goal. My goal is to give up superficiality and develop myself fundamentally in such a way that I become most at one with all living things and the universe itself. And to be free of this Financial attachment, to be financially free, to be free to work like I want and not because I need money to paid rent, to learn the real meaning of life by given up all this superficial life. I became minimalism one year ago and ecologist, I want to be free that my goals.

What makes you happy?

What makes me happy is straightforward stuff in life, like drinking tea and reading a book. Walking with my friends, sitting on the balcony. And out with friends, laughing so hard my stomach hurt, acting crazy, ice cream, winter, Christmas, Storms, tight hugs, music, watching movie, helping others, witnessing an act of love and compassion take place in this world, living, breathing, the sun rising, just waking up, etc… These things that people take for granted because I see death with closest eyes when I was younger.

This is a blog that helps women manage their finance and an inspiration to all women that want to get financially independent. I which one day my blog can help people has much has her blog help other people with their finance and life.
